1. About the Platform
One of a Kind Retro ("we", "us", "our") operates a B2B trade platform at oneofakindretro.com. We purchase vintage clothing inventory from global suppliers, process it at our hubs, and sell it to verified business buyers worldwide. This is a trade platform — not a consumer marketplace. All accounts are subject to manual approval.
2. Account Eligibility
Access to the platform is restricted to verified business entities. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity. Consumer accounts are not permitted. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion.
3. Buyers
3.1 Orders
All orders placed through the platform are subject to confirmation by our team. An order is not binding until confirmed in writing by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to confirmation.
3.2 Payment
Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Default payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and wire payments. Ownership of goods does not transfer until payment is received in full.
3.3 Grading
All inventory is graded at our processing hubs. Grades A, B and C are assigned based on our internal grading standards. While we take every care to grade accurately, minor variations within a grade are normal and expected. Grade descriptions are indicative, not absolute.
3.4 Returns
Due to the nature of vintage wholesale, returns are not accepted unless the goods delivered materially differ from what was ordered. Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Suppliers
4.1 Submissions
Submitting inventory does not create a binding obligation on either party. We review submissions and make offers at our discretion. Acceptance of a submission constitutes a contract only when we issue a formal purchase order.
4.2 Accuracy
Suppliers must provide accurate information about their inventory. Misrepresentation of quantity, quality or condition may result in price renegotiation, return of goods, or account suspension.
4.3 Confidentiality
All financial terms, purchase prices and negotiations are strictly confidential. Suppliers agree not to disclose pricing or deal terms to third parties.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to this processing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including design, code and branding, is owned by One of a Kind Retro. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of this platform or from any transaction is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-platform notification.
